The websites www.electrum.co.za and electrum.io are owned and run by Electrum Payments (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2012/220035/07, a private company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa (herein after referred to as “Electrum”).

Electrum may modify the terms of use periodically with or without notice to the user, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon publishing to the website. Electrum shall not be held liable for any damages caused, whether directly or indirectly, to users or third parties as a result of the use of or inability to use the website or the information displayed on the website. Electrum furthermore does not warrant that the downloadable information is free from viruses or any other code that has destructive properties.
