Electrum’s internships offer valuable work experience in a real FinTech environment, dealing with real projects. It’s a paid, in-office programme that may lead to a permanent position, depending on company needs and the right fit. Available as a 4 week summer internship (January) OR a 4 week winter internship (June/July).

Mentorship
You are assigned a dedicated mentor to guide you through your projects and the Electrum journey as a whole. These mentors set aside most of their time to make sure that you are well set up. You essentially receive one-on-one career coaching every day.
Support system
When you join our programmes at Electrum, you start as a group. Not everyone is going to just cruise through the projects, but the fact that you are in a group gives you a support system that allows you to learn from each other’s strengths.
Working on real projects
We believe the best way to learn is to spend time tackling real problems. All the interns and grads that join us at Electrum get the chance to work on real projects and interact directly with customers.

Training
Our onboarding workshops take you through our products and the different environments specific to our customers, as well as the inner workings of Electrum and how different departments contribute to the company’s success.
