More operational control and observability for VAS
New additions to Electrum’s Value-Added Services solution include MNO-level load balancing for Prepaid Airtime and Data, along with new standard service integrations. Improvements have also been made to operational observability with new alerting dashboards.
Enhanced Prepaid Airtime MNO-level load balancing
Electrum has enhanced the existing service provider-level load balancing capability for Prepaid Airtime and Data to allow MNO-level control.
Clients can simultaneously use these features to manage their Prepaid Airtime and Data service - to optimise commercials and maintain a high level of availability.

Service provider level
By setting weightings per service provider, define preference for routing transactions.
Weightings apply as the default for all MNOs supported by the service provider.
MNO level
Ability to set an override for an MNO to route transactions for a particular MNO differently from that defined by the default weight.
Specify weightings for the MNO across the different service providers supporting the MNO.

Flash 1Voucher: Voucher Provisions and Voucher Redemptions
Flash Token: Voucher Provisions
Console Functionality Update
Electrum now provides alerting dashboards via the Electrum Console.
Features include
A view of service alerts that a client has configured with Electrum.
Sight of the parameters that make up the alert, providing a better understanding of the conditions that would cause an alert to trigger.
A view of all alerts that have been triggered within a specified period.
